Glebe needed a proper burger. So we made one.
Built around one idea: a fully halal smash burger that doesn't ask you to compromise on flavour to get it.
Why we started
[Replace with the real story — who started Joocy Smash, why Glebe, and what was missing from the halal food scene that made this worth building. A line on the founder's background lands well here.]
[A second paragraph on how the shop has grown — new menu items, the reaction from Glebe locals, what regulars order without asking. Specific beats generic.]
How we do it
Beef is ground in-house and smashed hard on a screaming-hot flat-top, so every patty gets that crisp, lacey edge without losing the juice inside. Everything on the menu is halal, and everything's built to be eaten messy.

What matters to us
Halal, properly
The whole menu, no side-swaps or exceptions — halal is the standard, not an add-on.
Grass-fed, ground fresh
Beef is ground in-house from grass-fed stock, not shipped pre-formed.
Open when you need us
Daily till midnight — because cravings don't run on a 9-to-5.
